Tasted fresh red berries, cherries, red currants, ripe raspberries with balanced spiciness. The aftertaste is intense and berry-acidic-spicy. The grapes are hand-picked from the Chianti region. The wine is fermented at 18 °C in stainless steel barrels. When stored in the cellar, the development potential is 2-3 years, taking into account the year of picking the berries.
