Gonzalez Byass La Copa Vermouth 75cl

The original recipe for La Copa vermouth dates back to the early 1900s. However, the La Copa brand itself dates back to 1886, i.e. one of Gonzalez Byass' products with a longer history. Instead of the usual plain wine, the base wine here is Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry, which has matured in barrels for more than 8 years using the Solera method. And that's where the magic lies. Among the added spices, blood orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and nutmeg take center stage. The result was a boiling elixir veiled with bitter-sweet spices. Contains sulfites.
