The highly prized Torres Estelado is made using the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle). The wine is kept on the lees for 6 months. It is the first sparkling wine made from Chile's oldest grape, Pais. Estelado is a sparkling wine with a pale pink color and a long fine and persistent bubble. The aroma is dominated by red fruits and citrus. The taste is fresh, fruity and truly characteristic of the original Pais variety. The storage potential in a proper wine cellar is 5 years.
