Pale yellow in color, with an even bubble stream. The aroma is medium intensity, fruity and slightly floral. Smell bright fruits, yellow apples and fresh citrus fruits. The palate is dry, light, below average intensity and citrusy. Feel white currants, yellow apples and citrus fruits. The aftertaste is moderate and fruity refreshing. The grapes have been picked from different wine regions of France, the base wine is fermented in a stainless steel barrel and the second fermentation takes place without autolysis in a pressure vessel using the Charmat method, the pressure in the bottle remains 3-6atm.
