Only 100% organic grapes are used in the production of Cava: 30% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo and 40% Parellada. The sparkling wine matured on the lees for at least 14 months. Maria Casanova's Brut de Brut range highlights the maximum expression of the flavors and aromas of the Penedes region. Cava is a light, yellowish-green sparkling wine, the aroma is fresh, light and fruity. The taste is versatile, you can feel apple and lightly toasted bread. Sugar content 6gr/l.
