Max Rose grapes are harvested from 19 different vineyards of the best vineyards in the Franciacorta region. 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Nero grapes were used in the production of sparkling wine. The sparkling wine matured in the bottle for at least 24 months before recorking. 10% of the sparkling wine comes from previous vintages. Pale pink sparkling wine with a complex, aromatic and lively flavor bouquet. The tone is given by red berries and ripe stone fruits. The taste is full and velvety soft. Residual sugar content 15g/L.
