Castello Banfi winery was established in 1978. Italy, Tuscany, Montalcino by John and Harry Mariani. The brothers bought a historic wine estate in Bruzzone, Piedmont, where Banfi's excellent ALTA LANGA sparkling wines are made, and the name of the wine estate is Banfi Piedmont. Cuvee Aurora Extra Brut is made from 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Chardonnay grape varieties, residual sugar 4g/L.
