Only the best grapes from the Abrau-Durso region reach the bottle and the sparkling wine is made using the méthode classique method. Famous French champagnes are made using the same method. Then the sparkling wine matures for at least 3 years in the tunnels. Blanc de Blanc is characterized by an elegant golden hue with a pale straw yellow. In the depths of the palate you can feel white flowers and juicy fruits. The taste is lively, rich, with a fine body, a firm creamy texture and a long pleasant aftertaste.
