In 1773, he successfully enriched water with carbonic acid for the first time in his laboratory in Manchester. Cheers! The brand was founded in Berlin in 2010 by Sebastian Brack and Norman Sievert, who were looking for the best tonics for their favorite drinks. Unfortunately, at that time, no tonic could meet their high demands, and for this reason, the wonderful independent tonic brand Thomas Henry was created. Without further ado, they developed the idea for their first tonics in collaboration with leading bartenders and gastronomy professionals.
