Two Oaks is a unique 12-year-old rum that has been finished in two different oak barrels. First, the rum was matured in ex-bourbon casks and later the final finishing was given in new American oak casks with an extra charred surface, which gave the rum a slightly smoky character. The rum has a golden amber color and the intense aroma is set by a delicate sweet note, caramel, vanilla and hints of dark chocolate. In the taste, intense woody notes with a unique smokiness. You can also find various spices, caramel and roasted coffee beans in the taste.
