The Ron Abuelo “Finish Collection” is a unique series of 15-year-old rums that are finished in various carefully selected casks: Oloroso Sherry Cask, Napoleon Cognac Cask and Tawny Port Cask. As a result, the palate has notes of citrus, toasted almonds and smoky wood, chocolate-dipped raisins and sometimes nutty notes. Woody notes and lemon peel in the aroma. Roasted almonds can be felt in the aftertaste.
