Rima comes from the Spanish word 'Rime' and just as in a poem, you find a perfect symbiosis of words, Dictador Rima bottles find a perfect synergy of flavors and a unique taste experience. The aroma of Dictador Rima I American Oak Cask Vintage 1997 rum has a freshly painted oak floor with dark chocolate and cinnamon spiciness in the background. In addition, you can feel honey and earthy notes of maple syrup. The flavor palette is bold and fresh. You can feel coffee notes, ginger, rich milk chocolate and a bit of cherry. The finish is slightly cinnamony and vanilla.
