Dictador Párrafo is a limited series of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador's master blender Hernan Parra. This many years of work has paid off in an excellent collection of rums aged in American oak, sherry and port casks. The supremacy of the rums in this series is a testament to the craftsmanship and multi-generational experience of the Parra family. The aroma of Dictador Parrafo I Vintage 2007 rum has aromas of maple syrup, freshly baked French pastries and a bit of apple compote. Notes of strawberries and cream in the background. The taste is soft and delicate. The rum has grape notes that provide a natural fruity sweetness, followed by earthy, spicy notes of cinnamon and cardamom. A touch of rhubarb at the end. The finish shows light spices, with notes of vanilla and maple syrup.
