Dictador Párrafo is a limited series of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador's master blender Hernan Parra. This many years of work has paid off in an excellent collection of rums aged in American oak, sherry and port casks. The supremacy of the rums in this series is a testament to the craftsmanship and multi-generational experience of the Parra family. The aroma of Dictador Parrafo I Borbon Vintage 1999 has notes of rich dark chocolate and toffee syrup, candied ginger, cinnamon and rich vanilla pods. The palate has notes of leather and sandalwood, pineapple, red apples and hints of liquid honey notes. The finish is long and semi-sweet, with hints of strawberries, oak spices and pleasant vanilla.
