Bayou Rum is a unique, premium handcrafted rum from the United States. Made in traditional copper stills, from natural Louisiana sugar cane according to a genuine "sugar house" recipe and flavored with traditional spices, after which the rum is matured for up to four years under the Solera system in French and American oak barrels. Bayou White rum is made with triple filtered water to guarantee the purest taste.

Aged for five years in a bourbon cask in Barbados, then a year in a cognac cask in Cognac, France, and an additional year in a used Malbec grape wine cask. The aroma is elegant and jammy, with hints of plum, coconut, vanilla, tobacco and refreshing mint. The taste has a more fruity character, you can feel coconut milk, chocolate, raspberry and banana. A very limited release, available only this year. There isn't and won't be another rum like it. Suitable for a collector.
