Bacardi Razz is a flavored rum drink, or flavored Bacardi. Made from wild berries and red raspberries. Field berries and red raspberries are crushed separately and soaked completely separately, i.e. macerated. During maceration, the berries are crushed and poured over sugar cane spirit e. with a rum-based spirit. Berries are soaked in spirits to infuse the aromas and flavors into the alcohol. The two infusions are then mixed together so that the product acquires the right aroma and taste, which is one of quality criterion. Bacardi rum-based spirit is then added to make it light, fruity and enjoyable. In the last phase, distilled water is gradually added to the previous mixture to bring the product to its own alcohol %. The result is a colorless, aromatic and fruity flavored sugarcane drink. We recommend the following cocktails: Bacardi Razz with cranberry juice, Bacardi Razz with Ginger Ale.
