Déjà-Vu is an aperitif based on wine distillates that combines the exotic flavors of the world. Deep in the heart of France's Charente-Maritime lies a small craft distillery. To produce the aperitif, the aromatic grape varieties Ugni Blanc and Colombard are distilled in small copper cauldrons over an open fire, similar to the production of Armagnac or Cognac.
