Kirsch d'Alsace is a classic fruit brandy made from cherries from the Alsace region, made by the acclaimed French producer Wolfberger. Since 1902, Wolfberger has been known for its high-quality wines, crémants and eau-de-vies, combining tradition and modern craftsmanship. The clear and aromatic eau-de-vie is made from ripe Alsace cherries, to which the almond nuances of the cherry stones give depth and character.
