Bruxo (pronounced: Bruu-hooh) is a collection of mezcals from Oaxaca. All coming from different villages and under the hands of different "Maestros", they are brought together under one brand to create one of the strongest Mezcal brands. Bruxo X is made from 80% Espadin and 20% Barril agave that has matured for 12 years in a dry land. Baked in a cone-shaped stone oven, oak and pine are used for wood. The agaves are crushed with a mechanical agave crusher and distilled twice in a copper pot still. Maestro Mezcalero - Juan Morales
