Bruxo (pronounced: Bruu-hooh) is a collection of mezcals from Oaxaca. All coming from different villages and under the hands of different "Maestros", they are brought together under one brand to create one of the strongest Mezcal brands. Bruxo No.5 is made from 100% Tobala agave, which has matured for 15 years underground. Baked in a cone-shaped stone oven, oak and pine are used for wood. The agaves are crushed with a mechanical agave crusher and a horse-drawn "Tahona" stone and distilled twice in a copper pot still. Maestro Mezcalero - Candido Reyes
