Espadín Clay Pot Mezcal is the first product of Los Siete Misterios. After acquiring knowledge from Mexican Maestros Mezcaleros, Los Siete Misterio developed the most traditional production process. Los Siete Misterios observed that distillates from the Sola de Vega region are sweeter and spicier compared to mezcals from other villages. That's why they decided to produce their Mezcal there and study the concept "from seed to bottle" to ensure full control over the entire production process.

Tequila is distilled from the juice of the blue agave core (pińa), a species of agave that grows only around the city of Tequila in western Mexico, which also gave the drink its name. The appearance is clear, clean, pale yellow. The aroma is herbally fruity, robust and smoky, with hints of black olives, tobacco, leather, gunpowder green tea and cedar wood with spices and dried herbs. The taste is dry and waxy, slightly blushing herbal, green tea, laurel, dried herbs and dried fruits can also be felt. The aftertaste is strong, long and fully dry, with smoky wood notes and black olives. Mezcal Reposado is distilled twice using the pot-still method and aged for 4 months in an American oak barrel.

The product is made from 100% white agave Espadin, grown in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca region. Mezcal Nucano produces only 100% handcrafted mezcals. Agaves are harvested from the field after 8-15 years of growth. This is followed by the roasting of the agaves in a cone-shaped earth oven, which lasts 4-6 days. The cooked agaves are then crushed with large stone wheels pulled by horses. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for 3-5 days and is followed by double distillation in copper vessels. Nucano Espadin Joven Mezcal has a smoky and complex soul that truly captures the essence of Mexico. Made from 100% Espadin agave, this mezcal has an irresistible aroma of citrus, herbs and earthy smoke. The palate has notes of grilled pineapple, green pepper and jalapeno leading to a long and satisfying finish.
