Tunel Mezcladas is a traditional Mallorcan herbal liqueur. The recipe comes from the 16th century. Based on prescription from local pharmacists. Tunel liqueur is made using local herbs: for example, orange leaf, lemon leaf, fennel, rosemary, chamomile and lemon balm. Each bottle contains a specially treated sprig of anise. A dry liqueur with delicate and digestive properties, ideal for serving after a meal with ice or directly cold.
