Whitley Neill has been inspired by Spanish citrus fruits when making this gin. Sweet notes set the tone on the palate, accompanied by a zesty lemon that balances the grapefruit flavor. Gin is made from thirteen carefully selected different ingredients: juniper berries, coriander seeds, Chinese cinnamon bark, Orris root, angelica root, licorice root, sweet orange, lemon peel, grapefruit, lemon balm, cloves and chamomile.
