Whitley Neill was inspired to create this gin by the hedgerows of the English countryside, where there is a rich community of trees and shrubs. The aroma and taste are ripe autumn field berries, accompanied by juniper, sweet citrus and black pepper notes. Gin is made from nine carefully selected different ingredients: juniper berries, coriander seeds, Chinese cinnamon bark, Orris root, angelica root, licorice root, sweet orange, lemon and field berry.
