Pierre Vallet XXO Hors d'Age is a cognac aged for at least 14 years in casks. The fermentation of the wine took place at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the maximum aroma and flavors. Later, the white wine with the lees was distilled very slowly to achieve the full flavor and floral notes of cognac. The product was bottled by hand in the cognac estate. The aroma is vanilla, prunes, candied apricots and rancio. The taste is soft and delicate. The aftertaste is long and well balanced.
