Cognac is mainly made from the Ugni-blanc grape. After the wine is matured, it is distilled very slowly, which gives the cognac a softness and floral character. Cognac is aged for a minimum of 10 years in French oak barrels. The aroma has the smell of dried fruits and flowers. Intense on the palate, with a long aftertaste and characteristic of old cognacs. Goes well with white and dark chocolate, as well as with various fruits.
