Single Cask 293 is a single cask cognac that was aged in casks in 1995 and bottled in September 2018. Fermentation of the wine took place at a controlled temperature to preserve maximum aroma and flavors. Later, the white wine with the lees was distilled very slowly to achieve the full flavor and floral notes of cognac. The product was bottled by hand in the cognac estate. Michel Vallet, who represents the fifth generation of the cognac house, made cognac from the 1995 grapes. Bottled cognac has a unique character and is easy to drink despite its 48% strength. Only 480 bottles were produced in total.
