Pierre Vallet Cognac, Petite Champagne, Single Cask 111 is a single cask cognac that was matured in casks in 2005 and bottled in September 2022. The aroma of this exclusive cognac is ripe peaches, caramel and roasted almonds. In the taste, we find hints of vanilla, lightly toasted oak and dried fruit, with a slight spiciness. Bottled cognac has a unique character and is easy to drink despite its 48% strength. Only 480 bottles were produced in total.
