Chateau de Montifaud is a cognac estate owned by the same family for the sixth generation. Cognac is unique thanks to long-standing traditions. The Vallet family produces cognacs only from their own vineyards, in the best Grand Champagne and Petite Champagne gardens. Chateau de Montifaud XO “A treasure from Paradise” is made from Ugni Blanc grapes. Petit champagne area. Cognac has been aged in cellars for much longer than the rules prescribe. Chateau de Montifaud XO has a copper color. Cognac has strong aromas where we find notes of dried flowers and fruits, while hints of nuts and spices. The taste is soft and has a long aftertaste.
