Chateau de Montifaud is a cognac estate owned by the same family for six generations. Catherine and Michel represent the 5th generation and their biggest achievement was that they started bottling all their own production and selling it all over the world. This cognac characterizes Catherine's character: dynamic, subtle and delicate. Cognac matures initially for a few months in new oak casks and later for several years in older casks. A floral blend with notes of grape blossom and jasmine. Cognac with an extremely round and mild taste, the complexity of which has been achieved by mixing cognacs from different years.
