Chateau de Montifaud is a cognac estate owned by the same family for the sixth generation. Cognac is unique thanks to long-standing traditions. The Vallet family produces cognacs only from their own vineyards, in the best Grand Champagne and Petite Champagne gardens. Millenium V.S.O.P is aged for at least 4 years in French oak barrels. The casks are kept dark and cool in the Montifaud cellars so that the cognac can mature perfectly. A well-balanced cognac with fruity flavors of peach, white grape, red berries and tropical fruits. It is accompanied by notes of vanilla, oak, coconut and nut.
