Galipette Rosé is a smooth-dry and natural apple cider. Made from the rare red-fleshed Pommes à Chair Rouge apple variety, this cider offers a true rosé character and flavor, with a deep color that naturally varies from harvest to harvest. Premium pur jus – by nature, apple cider is 100% fermented apple juice. No concentrates, sugars, sweeteners or water are added. In addition, cider is naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for those who follow a gluten-free diet. Red-fleshed apples from the orchards of Brittany and Normandy are known for their fresh, tart flavor and for their high content of natural red pigments not only in the skin, but also in the flesh, giving them a unique natural color. The centuries-old keeving method prevents the wild yeast in the apples from fully fermenting the juice, preserving its natural fruity sweetness. The result is a strikingly refreshing cider.
