Grande Reserve cuvée is Gosset's signature champagne and the perfect expression of the winery's distinctive style, featuring all 3 champagne grape varieties: 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Only the best Crus are used to create the cuvée. Chardonnay provides elegance and minerality, and Pinot Noir adds subtle character and medium flavor. Pinot Meunier provides fruitiness and roundness to balance the freshness. To avoid early oxidation and malolactic fermentation, champagne is aged on the lees for min. 4 years, which is longer than the statutory 15 months. With a bright, ripe golden hue in appearance, in the aroma we feel freshness and yellow fruits (Mirabelle plum, apricot) as well as slightly honeyed and roasted notes. The elegant and powerful taste palette is round, ripe, with a velvety structure and a delicate nuance of fresh citrus. Contains sulfites.

The original essence is still fruity, offering flavors that suggest the first signs of development and juicy ripeness. Gosset Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne 75cl giftbox

Gosset Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are picked from different cru gardens where the soil is chalky enough: Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne and Cote de Blancs. Champagne is bottled at the end of spring and left to stand in the cellar for at least four years. After recorking, the bottles are kept in the cellar for at least another six months. Light yellow in color with a green undertone. The aroma features white flowers, hawthorn, green apples and citrus. As the champagne warms a little in the glass, there are subtle hints of grapefruit, ginger and anise. On the palate, you can feel citrus, intertwined with pineapple. A slight saltiness can be felt in the aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
