Noble Cuvee champagne grapes come only from Grand Cru gardens: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly. 100% Chardonnay grapes were used in the production and later the sparkling wine was left to mature in the cellar for 18 years. Residual sugar content 6g/L Extra Brut. Golden champagne in color with a delicate green shimmer. The fragrance bouquet is charming and clean. Acacia flowers, candied citrus, honey and hazelnut cookies set the tone. The taste shows candied lemon, almond and biscuit. The aftertaste is long and fresh. Only 14,017 bottles were produced.
