Le Blanc de Blancs was created in 2013 by winemaker Herve Dantan, combining the freshness and fine taste of Chardonnay. 70% of the grapes come from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Champagne matured for a minimum of 5 years and 40% of reserve wines were used. Residual sugar content 7g/L. Beautiful golden color with a greenish sheen. The bubbles are very fine and lively. Candied citrus, pear and bready notes set the tone in the subtle aroma. The taste is fresh, the tone is given by candied lemon, almonds, nougat and honey.
