A beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This cuvée comes from five Champagne villages: Vertus, Bergères-lès-Vertus, Cumières, Bouzy and Ambonnay. The first two are located at the southern tip of the Côte des Blancs, famous for its high quality Chardonnays. Bouzy and Ambonnay are located on the Montagne de Reims, where about 70% of the plantings are Pinot Noir. The elegant wine is characterized by fine taste and fruity fullness. Lemon, brioche and dried fruits are noticeable in the aroma. The taste reveals layered nuances, which are given depth by aging in the bottle for 75 months. Each back label acts like an identity card - it contains detailed information about the wine's origin and character, as well as a thermosensitive label that shows when the wine is at the perfect serving temperature.
