Taittinger Folies de la Marquetterie is an exclusive champagne made from the Taittinger winery's first “Champagne de Domaine” vineyard, a cuvée created from grapes from vineyards adjacent to Château de la Marquetterie that belong to the historic heritage of the winery. 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay grapes are used in the production of champagne. Folies de la Marquetterie is a champagne with a yellow color, light golden tones and fine bubbles. The aroma has notes of peach and apricot, with hints of toasted brioche and vanilla. The taste is full, soft, fruity and the aftertaste has slightly woody nuances.
