Les Courtisols champagne perfectly combines strength and delicacy. 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay grapes were used in the production. Sparkling wine of golden yellow color with a yellow-green shimmer. The bubbles are subtle and alive. In the aroma, fruity ripeness is revealed at the beginning, apricot, plum, lemon, almond, pear and pomelo can also be felt. Aeration brings out mineral notes. The taste is fresh and creamy. Only 1,523 bottles were produced.
