Femme de Champagne Brut Grand Cru is a blend of four excellent vintages - 1990, 1995, 1996 and 2000. The champagne is made from chardonnay (87%) and pinot noir (13%) grapes and has been left on lees for a minimum of 10 years. The color is golden yellow with an elegant bubble, full. In the aroma we can find brioche, vanilla, light oakiness and a citrus note. The taste bouquet is silky, you can feel nut, honeycomb and citrus. Champagne has a long aftertaste.
