The taste is more velvety and complex than the 5-year-old - you can feel tobacco, dried figs, oak barrel tannins and caramel softness. The aftertaste is longer and warming, remaining pleasantly "smoky" and mild in the mouth. It is best enjoyed neat, as a slow sip, rather than in cocktails.
