Gosset Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are picked from different cru gardens where the soil is chalky enough: Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne and Cote de Blancs. Champagne is bottled at the end of spring and left to stand in the cellar for at least four years. After recorking, the bottles are kept in the cellar for at least another six months. Light yellow in color with a green undertone. The aroma features white flowers, hawthorn, green apples and citrus. As the champagne warms a little in the glass, there are subtle hints of grapefruit, ginger and anise. On the palate, you can feel citrus, intertwined with pineapple. A slight saltiness can be felt in the aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
