After traditional winemaking, de-alcoholization is carried out using vacuum distillation. This innovative process requires neither the addition of chemicals nor heating. The process is time-consuming - at least 30 hours are needed to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. With the help of such technology, the quality of the structure, taste and aroma of the wine is preserved, without the addition of artificial substances. Pale in color, but bright pink. Aromas of small red berries emerge in the aroma: strawberries, cherries, wild berries. The structure is lively and well balanced.
