Delivery

We offer several delivery options so your order reaches you conveniently and quickly. We deliver both food and alcoholic beverages.

Courier delivery (Tallinn)

In Tallinn, we deliver by our own courier every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Delivery usually takes place on the same day or the next business day. Delivery fee is €5. When handing over alcoholic beverages, the courier verifies the customer's age by requesting an identity document.

Parcel machines (across Estonia)

Across Estonia, we ship via parcel machines: Omniva, DPD, Itella. Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days. We notify you by SMS or email when your order has arrived at the machine. Parcel machine fee is €5.

In-store pickup

You can pick up your order at our store at Pärnu mnt 36 / Roosikrantsi 23, Tallinn, every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Please present your order number or electronic confirmation. Pickup is free.

Delivery times

Standard delivery time is 0–7 business days depending on location and delivery method. If the desired product is not currently in our stock, we order it from the supplier — in this case, delivery time may extend up to 30 days. We will notify you by email if delivery takes longer.

Delivery prices

Courier delivery (Tallinn): €5. Parcel machine (across Estonia): €5. In-store pickup: free.

Food delivery

Food delivery is available only within Tallinn, every day from 10:00 to 22:00 by our own courier. Food delivery time is typically 30–90 minutes depending on order size and preparation time.

Important to know

Delivery of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to adults (18+). The courier verifies age by requesting an identity document (passport, ID card, driver's license). If the document is not presented, the courier is not authorised to hand over the goods. Delivery times may vary by region, weather conditions and supplier availability.

Returns

We have a flexible return policy in accordance with Estonian legislation.

Right of return

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be unopened, in original packaging and in saleable condition. To request a return, contact us at [email protected].

Alcohol returns

Opened alcoholic beverages cannot be returned. Returns are only possible if the packaging is damaged, the product is defective, or does not match the order.

Food returns

Food products can only be returned if defects are identified (packaging damage, quality discrepancy, wrong product). Opened or consumed food products cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Defective and damaged products

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will exchange the product or provide a refund. For defective and damaged products, return costs are covered by Maitsev Tallinn.

Damage during delivery

If you receive a damaged package from the courier, refuse to accept it and immediately notify the courier. Then contact us — we will send you a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same bank account used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Return conditions summary

The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Return costs are covered by the customer, except in case of our error (wrong product, defective product, packaging damaged during delivery). Opened alcoholic beverages and consumed food products cannot be returned.
